Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment online or calling ahead to guarantee your spot, but we do accept walk-ins based on daily availability—especially for urgent eye care.
Where are your offices located and what are your hours?
We have two convenient locations in West Nashville and Mount Juliet. Both clinics are open Monday & Wednesday–Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Closed for lunch 12:30 PM–1:00 PM; closed Tuesdays & Sundays).
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept select vision plans, major medical insurance, and HSA/FSA funds. Because coverage varies, please verify your plan with our team when booking.
What should I do if I have an eye emergency?
For urgent issues like eye pain, sudden vision changes, or foreign objects, call our office immediately for prompt care. For severe trauma or after-hours emergencies, please dial 911 or visit the nearest ER.
